Closure of Counter Service Due to Typhoon Ragasa
The Hong Kong Observatory has announced that it will issue Typhoon Signal No. 8 at 2:20 p.m. today. In light of this, the Graduate School counter will close at 1:00 p.m. today (23 September 2025).
