Collection of Award Certificates for Graduates of Postgraduate Programmes (Degree Conferment Date on 31 March 2026) - Book and schedule an appointment in advance
Graduates of postgraduate programmes whose degrees are conferred on 31 March 2026 are invited to collect their award certificates. Please note the following arrangements:
1. Book and Schedule an Appointment in Advance
Students who wish to collect their certificates in person must book a timeslot online at https://booking.gs.cuhk.edu.hk/ in advance. Login details:

Password: Your Date of Birth (ddmmyyyy)

Note: After the prescribed booking dates, Graduates may collect the certificates at our counter during office hours.
Please note that walk-in visits to the Graduate School Office (7/F, Yasumoto International Academic Park, CUHK) without a prior appointment may result in long waiting times. Priority will be given to graduates with valid booking appointment.
2. Identity Verification
Please be reminded that for identity verification purposes, students must present the booking confirmation email and their original HKID card when they come to our service counter at the appointed time.
3. Alternative: SpeedPost Delivery
Students may opt for delivery via SpeedPost by Hongkong Post. Applications for this service will be available on MyCUHK starting from 13 April 2026 (for certificate date on 31 March 2026). Certificates will be delivered within 10 working days. Please note that delivery via other courier services may take longer.

4. Settlement of Outstanding Debts and Return of Library Items
Students are reminded to settle any outstanding payments to the University and return all borrowed items from the University Libraries as soon as possible. Please note that award certificates will be withheld until all dues are cleared.

* Graduates in Executive Master of Business Administration (Chinese) and Master of Business Administration in Finance programmes are not included as their programme offices will collect the award certificates on behalf of the students.
