Admission Requirements

In addition to the general requirements of the Graduate School, applicants should

  1. submit a written statement (around 1000 words, written in English / Chinese) explaining the purpose of their application and the focus of their academic / artistic interest;
  2. submit a portfolio of 10-15 original art works (in a SINGLE pdf file with file size not exceeding 5MB);
  3. attend an interview if shortlisted.
Application Deadline

Main Round: 31 December 2025

Final Round: 17 May 2026

Applications will be processed on a rolling basis until all places have been filled. Therefore, early applications are strongly encouraged. Applications in Final Round will only be considered subject to availability of places.

Remarks

The Programme is divided into TWO streams:

A. Contemporary Art Practice

B. Chinese Art Practice

Stream declaration should be done when submitting the application.
